The Children’s Community Programs of CT is a multi-service agency founded in 1999 whose mission is to provide support services to children and families throughout CT. This year’s annual Christmas Toy Drive honors the legacy and memory of its founder, Brian Lynch. For 56 years, Brian dedicated his life to serving children, families, and communities with compassion and vision.
