We encourage you to place orders ahead of time and let us deliver, or, we can have ready for curbside pick-up when you arrive. Deliveries are available for any order – from a pack of toilet paper to a load of framing lumber. Please note that we are not able to offer inside deliveries to occupied dwellings at this time.

Our inside and outside and salespeople and architectural reps/estimating team are available to work with you. Do not hesitate to reach out to your usual representative with any needs. The store is open to walk in-customers but limited to 3 at any given time. Please wear a face barrier if coming in the store and please, only one person per company in the store at a time while maintaining the recommended 6-foot social distance from others. If you, your employees, or your family members are or may be sick, we ask that you not enter the premises.

For customers in Branford and surrounding communities, for your convenience any product available acehardware.com and in inventory or shipped to our store can be ordered and delivered for no charge. You can also call in to check availability on any regular building materials, home maintenance, cleaning or other products not found online.
